Here is a a comforting soul warming recipe perfect for our Winter days by another of our Metabolic Balance clients.  Remember to use foods and portions as listed on your plan.  Enjoy!


  • Kangaroo meat
  • garlic
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ghee
  • vegetables of choice
  • mashed pumpkin
  • rosemary
  • water


  1. Saute onion and garlic in ghee then remove from pan
  2. Brown kangaroo meat and transfer to casserole dish
  3. Add in onion and garlic mix.  Stir in vegetables of choice, rosemary, water and salt and pepper if desired
  4. Cook gently for 1.5 hours
  5. Stir through mashed pumpkin to thicken
  6. Enjoy!
