This chocolate brownie recipe is quick to make, delicious and much healthier than buying a box of milk chocolates!  And the fact that you made it from scratch, will be appreciated even more!

 

 

RAW BROWNIES

1 cup pecans (or other nuts)

1 cup dates, pitted

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1 tsp honey or agave

 

ICING

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp avocado

1 tbsp honey or agave

1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder

 

Process pecans till ground.  Add rest of brownie ingredients and process together.  Press down firmly into shallow dish.  Process icing ingredients (liquify oil first if needed, by placing jar in a bowl of hot water).  Spread onto brownie and place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to set.  Serve with fresh berries.
