Here is a a comforting soul warming recipe perfect for our Winter days by another of our Metabolic Balance clients. Remember to use foods and portions as listed on your plan. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Kangaroo meat
- garlic
- onion
- salt
- pepper
- ghee
- vegetables of choice
- mashed pumpkin
- rosemary
- water
Method
- Saute onion and garlic in ghee then remove from pan
- Brown kangaroo meat and transfer to casserole dish
- Add in onion and garlic mix. Stir in vegetables of choice, rosemary, water and salt and pepper if desired
- Cook gently for 1.5 hours
- Stir through mashed pumpkin to thicken
- Enjoy!
