Use organic ingredients where possible
1 banana, peeled and break into a few pieces
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cacao powder
2 tsp flax/linseeds or chia seeds
1 handful of kale
3/4 cup oat or other milk
2 dessert spoons of pea protein
1 dessert spoon extra virgin coconut oil
Mix protein powder in a glass with milk.
Place rest of ingredients in a blender, with the milk and protein.
Blend for 30-60 seconds till desired consistency.
Remember to drink your smoothie slowly, and let it mix with the saliva in your mouth to help with digestion!
