Flower essences
The blends have been designed especially to help you navigate through the 7 days of the detox. The essences focus on helping to gently work on the emotional and spiritual factors that often impair our body’s ability to heal. Each blend has been lovingly formulated and blended with intention to help you get the most of out of your detox. You will find you will have essences remaining post detox. This is so you can continue to use them as different situations or circumstances arise where you may need extra support.

The tea has been formulated to alkalise our bodies whilst also helping to reduce adrenalin and restore the adrenals. In our fast paced world, we become easily rundown and our bodies become acidic which means our body has to work a lot harder to maintain balance. Thanks so much for the opportunity to do the detox. i really enjoyed the holistic approach, affirmations and the recipes were sensational!
Although I thought I was fairly good before, it has prompted a bit of a ‘clean up’ with my food choices which is exactly what I needed. Eady and James also enjoyed most of the food and smoothies too – so I avoided the double cooking situation which was excellent!
I have recommended this to all my friends as they were so interested in what i was eating.
