1 cup oats
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup linseeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pepitas
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tsp natural vanilla essence
1/3 cup EV coconut oil (place in cup/bowl over hot water to melt)
2 tbsp bush honey
1/2 cup raisins
4 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 170℃ and line a biscuit tray with baking paper.
Process oats, almonds, linseeds, sunflower seeds and pepitas till finely ground.
Place in bowl and mix in remaining ingredients, except water.
Mix through water.
Shape handfuls of mixture into a cookie shape in your hands. You need to squish the mixture together to help it stick. If it doesn’t stick together, add a little more water. This part gets a little messy!
Place cookies on lined tray and bake for 20-30 minutes till golden brown.
